Twain is a former Certified Protection Specialist who traveled up to 275 days a year. Wanting to be home with his family more, he decided on a career change. Twain and his wife love tea, and he collects knives, which brought the concept for The Rogue Chef to life. He has curated an excellent selection of tea and cutlery along with several other gourmet lines to complete our well-stocked cupboards.
