Denise began her adventures at The Emporium in 2018 when she opened her small business KikiBoo – Handmade Bags and Gifts.

After moving from England in 1998, Denise lived in Maryland, Texas, and now Colorado. “Castle Rock is the town where I feel truly at home.”

Combining her love of hospitality and entertaining, she opened her store, Celebrations, in March 2025.

“For as long as I can remember, I’ve enjoyed setting the table for special events, whether it was a birthday party for my daughter, a Halloween party for neighbors, or just a small gathering with family and friends. What I loved most was combining tableware I already had with paper plates and napkins to create a brand new look. I am always on the lookout for new, fun designs that I haven’t seen in high street stores.”
