Before opening The Rogue Chef, he spent most of his years keeping Colorado’s elite safe and sound, as a certified protection specialist. Yep, this tea master was an armed bodyguard! So while he can easily help you choose a blend of tea leaves perfect for whatever ails you…he’s also uniquely qualified to help you choose a blade perfect for your self-defense needs. (He also offers knife sharpening services to our customers, so if your steak knives are beginning to slip and feel a bit dull, drop them off at The Emporium, and he’ll have them working like new in no time!)
