If you’re searching for a great cup of tea, The Rogue Chef is a must!

Tea Forte loose teas in tins with colorful labels available at The Rogue Chef, inside The Emoprium in Castle Rock, Colorado
With an incredible selection of flavors from lines like Tea Forte and Oliver Pluff & Co, you’re sure to find a blend that is perfect for you. For the traditionalist, there are plenty of classics like Earl Grey, Chamomile, and English Breakfast. But if you are a bit more adventurous with your teas, how about Cacao Mint, Strawberry Hibiscus, or Cherry Marzipan? Not quite sure? Sniff all the samples and let your nose guide your decision!
But the selections don’t stop there. In addition to the wide array of leaves to choose from, there are just as many kettles, teacups, infusers, and travel canisters as well. (Plus jams, olive oils, and tapenades, too!) These are great to round out your kitchen, but they also make a beautifully thoughtful gift, if you are needing to spoil someone else in your life!

While The Rogue Chef is a one-stop shop for any tea lover, don’t be fooled…this isn’t your granny’s tea house. It also happens to be the premier knife shop in town! There’s an expansive collection of kitchen knives (everything from perfectly weighted chef knives to boning knives, paring knives, cleavers, and more!) as well as pocket knives for any occasion. Whether you are looking for an all-purpose utility knife or something to offer a bit of protection and peace of mind, you’ll find the perfect fit here.

Now, we know what you might be thinking…a tea shop that sells knives?? How does that even come to be? Well, let us introduce you to Twain. With a passion and extensive knowledge base of all things steeped, it makes perfect sense that Twain is our town’s tea expert. But underneath that zen exterior, this cheetah still has his spots. Before opening The Rogue Chef, he spent most of his years keeping Colorado’s elite safe and sound, as a certified protection specialist. Yep, this tea master was an armed bodyguard! So while he can easily help you choose a blend of tea leaves perfect for whatever ails you…he’s also uniquely qualified to help you choose a blade perfect for your self-defense needs. (He also offers knife sharpening services to our customers, so if your steak knives are beginning to slip and feel a bit dull, drop them off at The Emporium, and he’ll have them working like new in no time!)
